Refund and Return Policy

Digital Products & Custom Renders Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our digital Minecraft renders, all sales are generally final once rendering work has begun or final digital files have been delivered. Physical returns do not apply to digital downloads.

Revisions & Customer Satisfaction We want you to love your custom render! If there is an issue with your order (such as an incorrect skin rendered, a corrupted file, or a mistake on our end), please contact us immediately. We will gladly make the necessary edits or re-render your order free of charge.

Refund Eligibility Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• You request a cancellation before work on your custom render has started.

• We are unable to fulfill or complete your custom order.

• There is a major technical issue on our end that prevents delivery of your file.
